Ra Sport Company for Import & Export SAE, is an Egyptian shareholding Co. established in 1989. The Co. incorporated in accordance with Egyptian law number 159 issued at 1981.

The Company started its operations in 1989 as a trading Company specialized in the field of sportswear and sports accessories.

In 1997, the Co. signed an exclusive distributorship agreement and official Apparel producer under license with adidas GMBH International.

In 1999, the Co. has also signed an exclusive distributorship agreement and official Apparel producer under license with Timberland USA International.

In 2004, the Co. has also signed an exclusive distributorship agreement and official Apparel producer under license with Levi Strauss & Co. for Levi's & Dockers.

In 2008, the Company also signed a distributorship agreement with Reebok International, for retail distribution in Egypt.
